A Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), CA Aakanksha Nagori has been in professional practice since 2012, with experience across audit, taxation, and advisory engagements.

She leads internal audit, GST advisory, and MIS services, focusing on risk-based internal audits, GST compliance and advisory, internal control frameworks, and management reporting systems. Her work supports organisations in strengthening governance, ensuring GST compliance, and enabling informed decision-making through structured MIS and performance dashboards.

She is a QuickBooks Certified Advisor and is actively gearing up for advisory and compliance requirements under the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, reflecting her focus on technology-enabled and evolving regulatory frameworks.

CA Ritul Shah

A Fellow Member of ICAI, CA Ritul Shah has been in professional practice since 2011, bringing strong professional expertise to audit and advisory engagements.

He has extensive experience in statutory audits, bank branch audits, stock audits, and direct taxation, including tax audits, income-tax assessments, appellate representation, and advisory assignments. His practice also covers trust audits and compliances, along with preparation and review of CMA data for banking and funding requirements.

He has completed a Certificate Course on Concurrent Audit, enabling him to deliver technology-enabled, risk-focused assurance services. His background in banking enhances his ability to align audit and compliance outcomes with lender and regulatory expectations.
